FRONT OF HOUSE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT


The front desk receptionist is a part-time position and requires a minimum weekly availability of 15-20 hours. Front desk receptionists will oversee all daily business operations, answer phones, client inquiries, assist other staff in operations and manage email accounts. Front desk receptionists will attend biweekly meetings, update reports, and schedule with priority for all staff classes, enrollments, appointments, and FSP events. Working in tandem with supervisors and managers Front desk receptionists are responsible for maintaining FSP standards in regards to customer service, retention, company policies, and procedures. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate all schedule needs 2 weeks prior to supervisor with task handoff for any requested days of
  • Attend shifts on time and be ready for work while maintaining professional relationships and presence in the workplace 
  • Manage business email account and voicemails,  respond to all client inquiries daily
  • Attend weekly meetings 
  • Work with Sales & Marketing team for priority tasks 
  • Must be able to efficiently be able to work in a fast-paced environment with constant changes
  • Be able to physically prioritize events or schedule admin team members needed for off-site events (i.e. tournaments, jamborees etc.)
  • Uphold clients as the top priority and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Report trainer notes daily 
  • Stock supplies
  • Tend to facility upkeep 


Required Experience

  • Customer Service 
  • Familiar with excel/google applications


Preferred Experience (but not required)

  • Familiar with MINDBODY operating systems
  • Experience with youth / HS sports coordination
  • Administrative experience

GENERAL MANAGER


The General Manager (GM) position manages and controls the business's daily operations and maintains company policy and procedure. This management position reports directly to the Leadership Team (owners and directors). The GM's daily duties include physically evaluating athletes, creating program plans of action, client retention strategies, managing trainers’ progress notes, account management, working or communicating directly with clients, direct sponsors/partners, media staff, college coaches, consulting with program staff and FSP Leadership.


Key Responsibilities

  • Attend a minimum of 10 in-season High School/youth sporting events
  • Assist with media teams during events
  • Ensure all Programing for clients are up to date and align in correspondence with each client's current plan of action 
  • Maintain sales and retention metrics
  • Communicating with parents and other program coordinators 
  • Assist trainers in keeping clients on track to program phases of athletic development through testing, data collection, and report cards 
  • Manage social media accounts
  • Actively promotes the philosophy, mission statement, and vision of the company
  • Is responsible for the completion of all administrative tasks and reports
  • Scheduling, staffing and recruiting
  • Prepares annual and quarterly employee reviews
  • Is accountable for member service
  • Is responsible for cleanliness and appearance of the facility
  • Authorizes daily business expenditures
  • Calculates and balances payroll
  • Manages all marketing efforts, campaign  directives 
  • Meets and greets potential members and provides them with a tour of the facility


Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s or advanced degree, 2 years of professional experience or equivalent relevant experience.

RECRUITING COORDINATOR


FSP prides itself on helping athletes achieve their goals of playing at the next level.This position pilots operations and coordination for high school to college football recruiting lifecycles. The DOR works directly under CEO, assisting the recruiting team and program coordinators in managing social media accounts,  projected roster numbers and live rosters for Team FSP. This includes working or communicating directly with team coaches, media staff, college coaches, consulting with program staff and FSP Leadership on recruitment efforts


Key Responsibilities

  • Organizing all aspects of recruiting for FSP
  • Manage seasonal interns and task delegation
  • Working alongside CEO
  • Hosting recruit visits & traveling for recruiting in/out of state
  • Attending & Organize college visits 
  • Communicate directly with college coaches
  • Monitor the various recruiting platforms (Scout/Rival/ESPN), 
  • Analyze national recruiting trends and research/review each area
  • Update recruiting boards, depth charts and player rankings
  • Evaluating current and potential players game film 
  • Present final grading for current roster in the FSP database

VIDEOGRAPHER / PHOTOGRAPHER (CONTRACTED)


Videographers and photographers are considered FSP Productions and have the chance of working with clients and partnerships at all levels. With a wide range of content needs, productions can range from video/photoshoots for brand campaigns, HIPOD game film, media exposure to simple opportunities to grow a following while developing skills in sports marketing. 


All members of the productions team work directly under the CEO, with recruiting and marketing materials. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Produce internal content and external services per contract
  • Complete projects within appropriate deadlines
  • Working alongside CEO and various teams 
  • Work autonomously as well as collaboratively within the Production team or occasionally other media teams, companies, and affiliates
  • Occasional travel in-state and domestically for off-site events
  • High priority, clear and urgent communication
  • Ability to shoot outdoors in all types of weather conditions 
  • Handle content with integrity and utilize company materials
  • Reliable equipment ready for use
  • Formatting content for different platforms and servers


Minimum Qualifications

2 years of professional experience or equivalent relevant experience.

  • Working knowledge of adobe photoshop and lightroom, iMovie and dropbox
  • Prepared with personal camera equipment and editing device (computer/laptop)

  • Physical ability to capture indoor/outdoor footage/photos while in motion on and off-field

Seasonal Internships

Our teams are always finding ways to invest in the next generation by continually updating our curriculums to help students gain a knowledgable work ethic and develop real-life applicable working experience.  Generally, internships are hosted for 9weeks every Fall/Winter and Spring/Summer semesters.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING INTERN


This internship is for candidates looking to learn about sport science in developing skill and strength correctly while targeting improvements in ability and mobility. During your time at FSP, we will share the majority of our methods as a company in exchange for your development as an active member of the local sports community


.Interns will learn all FSP kinetic training methods and undergo a midterm test on performing procedures and methods on creating a developmental kinetic program

FOOTBALL RECRUTING INTERN


Focused on the process and operations behind high school to college football recruiting lifecycles, interns will spend their time assisting the Director Of Recruiting and Head Of Player Personnel by working on social media accounts, overseeing and managing a live roster for Team FSP. This includes working or communicating directly with team coaches, program staff, college coaches and FSP Leadership on all administrative areas involving recruiting.


We are seeking fully competent and productive contributors who are solution oriented when faced with challenges and work well in team settings, work independently with general supervision and exercise good judgment within defined guidelines to determine appropriate action.

Coaching

Outside of  personal performance training focused on  developing athletes to the next level, FSP hosts a number of sport programs with a talented coaching staff as well. FSP coaches are individuals who hold guidance in the community, the field/ court and academically to the highest standards. Persons interested in coaching Baseball, Track & Field, off season no contact football (7v7/5v5) and Team FSP (spring league club football) fill out your information and a program coordinator will reach out to you.
